  AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!! Call the Forest Park location instead. ( 314-535-4667 ) Livid is an understatement at the lack of customer service and communication at the location on Union. This is the second week in a row, that we have placed an order, dealt with rude employees, and had to cancel our order after an hour and a half of waiting on a delivery. It's very unsettling and unprofessional how these people are allowed to mistreat paying customers. I placed our order at 9:48pm, the rude employee (who wouldn't let you finish giving your information before she interrupted you) stated our would be delivered within 45 min to an hour. After an hour and 5min, I called to check the status the employee stated "it's on it's way". After an additional 10 min I called back and the second employee stated the pizza was out, but there's no estimated time when the pizza would be delivered. Our house is literally 5 min away from the store and they couldn't get the pizza to us in less than an hour and 45 min. That is utterly ridiculous. After cancelling the order, the driver called at 11:11 on almost 2 hours later and he still did not have the correct address. I informed him that we cancelled the order and placed another order with the Forest Park location. I will say I appreciate at the Forest Park location, because we had our 2 XL pizza's, hot roast beef sandwich, and cinnamo's all in hand and in less than 20 min.

  This location has got to have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After waiting well over an hour for my pizza I called & they told me it was going to be another hr & half then hung up on me. I called back & told them to cancel my order & the manager said because I cancelled I can't order for them anymore. I'm definitely contacting the GM.

  Spent over 30 dollars on pizza and wings it came 2 hours later cold and skimpy with toppings ! Plus the girl on the phone was rude don’t EVER EVER give them y’all business. The one on Union ain’t that much better go downtown , naturalbridge or somewhere If you want some good imos

  I wish I can give zero stars. The staff is rude, the manager cursed me out I went to the owner and she was rude and dismissive. NEVER giving them my business ever again

  Over $30 order and they brought me a cold pizza & fountain drink instead of the 2 liter. When I called I was told my pizza would NEVER be HOT. About the 2 liter called twice about it kept going back and forth with managers, one told me she would call me back but didnt take down my number before she hung up on me. If you dont mind reheating your food, horrible customer service, or that the delivery is extra slow...this is the place for you.
