  Do NOT provide them any information without obtaining legal representation. They will act like they have integrity over the phone, then they will mail you completely different quotes! They cannot explain why. They will refuse to provide accountability! They will NOT work with you to reform the loan with a valid lender. They will not e-mail. They only will leave phone messages that they called and it is impossible to get them back on the line. They have NO escalation process for complaints. They randomly remove documents from their portal and claim they were not received. use EXTREME caution when dealing with them. If possible record the conversation as well. Look at the Better Business Bureau complaints as well. TOXIC company out to scam and steal from you!

  Just horrible I've been calling all day for the past two days to set up a payment arrangement and ask some questions and every department i get a voicemail this is completely unprofessional and b.s. I'm trying to resolve this and there's no way to seeing on how apparently none of them actually work and then they want to withhold taxes but give no one the chance to fix their debt ridiculous and unprofessional horrendous

  Worst company ever. I'm trying to contact this agency to make payments arragements but it's impossible to get hold of somebody. I gave 1 star just that I can post this. Because not even 1 star they deserved... very dissapointed

  Horrible! They stop responding as soon as they have your payment information. They block you from communicating when you're asking if they received the documents they required you to send in! They let their voice mailbox fill up so you cant leave messages. I've never been met with so much reistance when trying to give people my hard earned money.
