  They ripped me off with a guy cutting my hair and kept cutting when I said “I can’t see let me put on my glasses” and just went cutting. 2 minutes later I find out my hair is something where people are going to my fun of me.

  Love this hair salon as everyone is so nice (BESIDES THE BOSS). We were "in line" for over 1 hour, and people kept coming in and being seated, but the boss told us to wait still (maybe because I'm younger than the other customers). It shouldn't matter though. I'm a customer just as much as they are. The workers are extremely nice to me, and are fun to work with, but the boss makes it nearly 3 hours to get a small haircut just for making me wait for absolutely no reason. Poor workers working with such a horrible man. Seriously, I still don't get why I was forced to wait while people who didn't even have appointments came an hour or more after me and got seated before me because the boss didn't let me.

  After coming to this place for so many years they rip me off. I came in to get purple highlights. The owner Tony told me it would cost $110 for the highlights Anna a trim. He said your a long time costumer if there's a problem come back. Ok. 3 weeks later I come back because I couldn't get off work and lived in another state. Now he gives me a hard time and now informs me that the color won't last and trys to charge me $20 to redo/fix it. When if I knew this from the beginning Id have never paid $110 for something that only lasted 1 wash. After so many years I hate to say they lost me as a consumer because of this

  See Pics of what I asked for and what I got.... I went for hair color and my scalp got burned besides the fact I didn't get nothing close to what I Asked for the lady tried to fix it and messed it up even more, when I asked the owner(male very rude)how much he was going to charge me he said he wanted $115 I said I'm not paying you full price, and offered him half but instead he decided to call the police and the cops came and he didn't want to take half even when the cops told him I didnt have to pay for what I didnt get,he is still taking me to court now. I do not recommend this place at all.
