  I arrived shortly before 7:00 (the time they open) and was a little worried because it looked like no one was there. Nonetheless, I waited a few minutes, still seeing no signs of people, and then knocked on the door at exactly 7:00. A chubby, middle aged hispanic woman opened the back door enough for me to see her, held up seven fingers, and mouthed the word, "SEVEN," angrily as she thrust her hands in the air towards me, then returned to the back of the store. At that exact moment I glanced down at my phone, which reads 7:01. After a minute or two she returns to the front of the store, but conveniently handles some duties for a couple of minutes before letting me in. At about 7:05 she finally unlocks the door as I stand on the other side of it, but whips her head around and walks back behind the counter without opening the door for me, making eye contact, or saying a word. As I walk in I say, "good morning, I'm sorry to inconvenience you," and she looks at me with anger in her eyes and says, "It's not a good morning when you have someone banging on the door 10 minutes before you open." I promptly took my clothes and left, telling her I wouldn't ever be back, and complimenting her on her customer service. This is already THE MOST expensive dry cleaners I've ever been to, so they can't afford to also be the rudest. I urge you to drive right up the road to one of the several other options and be greeted by a smile and a smaller bill.

  Consistently high quality. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

  Mixed experience recently. I've used them for years for specialty items because they are no longer close to where I live or work. But I've trusted them with fine garments. I just got hung up on by the person working because she had a customer in the store. I was talking to her about a problem and this is how she responds?? My item was due 5/19. It wasn't ready 5/20 when I went to pick it up because they were still trying to get a stain out. Okay, I appreciate the effort, but why not call to tell me it won't be ready on time? My second attempt to pick it up was 5/21 and they did a horrible job pressing the collar (the other complex instructions they followed but this was something simple that was obviously not done well). I refused to take it as is and they were supposed to have it ready this morning. Well, I didn't get a call again so I called them. I was told it would be back early this afternoon and they would call me to tell me exactly when I could pick it up. Here we are, late afternoon, still no call. I call back and am told it will be on the next delivery within 30-45 minutes. She can't answer my other questions and hangs up. Unprofessional, to say the least. Bottom line, June is great. Go when June is there or don't go. I don't know who the people are that I spoke with on the phone today.
