::Their duty is to kick your booty. They do it with so much fun the instructors are awesome. I am 57 breast cancer survivor and have a bad knee l. I just modify the warmup but I love hitting a real bag not just the air. The women that give the classes are so great they take their time and explain every move and they are always there if u need help. I love the bethpage location because I was out for a couple of years because of my knee and when I came back it was like I never left. The owner and the staff that was there before this guy issy was so welcoming so how can u go wrong three classes and free gloves to try out class and if I can do it so can you tell them Mindy sent ya and hope to see you in class

::Ilovekickboxingbethpage is an amazing gym. The instructors are super motivating and they have a lot of classes through the day on the weekdays and a couple on the weekends so I'm usually able to go 4 times a week. You won't regret it.

::What an amazing place! My experience at ILKB-Bethpage has been nothing short of awesome! The instructors are so motivating, and always check on you during the classes to see if you're okay or need any modifiers. They push you to do your very best. The music is always loud and energetic. The overall atmosphere is energetic and welcoming! I also get monthly texts from instructors checking in to see how I'm doing! The owner, Larry always has a smile on his face and you can tell he cares about every one of his clients. I'm truly blessed to have found this place! It's given me incredible confidence within myself to do my very best! I look forward to every class! It's also cool that the instructors take the classes with us!
