  Ilovekickboxing in Franklin Square is awesome! I was nervous to start working out there because I was so out of shape but between the instructors, members and environment.. I loved it!! Everyone is helpful, nice and energetic. The studio is clean and inviting. Love it here! Would recommend to anyone and everyone! Such a good workout and fun on top it it!

  The staff here is wonderful, really helpful, knowledgeable and remember their clients. Regulars feel like family. The facility is clean, there is a parking lot, separate locker rooms for men and women and nice amenities in the locker rooms. They sell cute merchandise and have a contest to be part of every month. They also have theme nights with DJs.

  I Love Kickboxing in Franklin Square was exactly what I needed. Towards the end of 2017 and the start of the New Year I made a New Year's goal to say "yes!" to more things that made me happy. Due to my chaotic work schedule I am often home when my friends are working and was feeling like I just needed a little more structure in my days off. Also due to some unhealthy work conditions of my job, I knew I had to make fitness more of a priority. My best friend and I joined ILKB together and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. From day 1 Maria made me feel right at home and like class would be a fun experience. And it was! I signed up for a year membership after my first class. Kickboxing class has added a great support system to my life. I used to think becoming healthy would take a lot of work and honestly be kind of dreadful. However both my classmates and instructors are so helpful and guided me along this journey. Over all I feel a lot happier and more fit. It has definitely challenged me to say yes to even more opportunities and be a lot more confident in myself. I would recommend this class at I Love Kickboxing Franklin Square to anyone who is looking to get fit or just have a little more fun in life and meet great people!

  I always look forward to my workouts at I Love Kickboxing Franklin Square. The instructors and the member’s energy is contagious and an hour of workout flies by as you are constantly doing something different. ILKB Franklin Square has helped me enjoy my workouts and has challenged me to push my limits. The instructors always make sure to correct your technique and want to see you succeed. Going to the Square after a long day at work is the best therapy and workout session!

  I've been a member of iLoveKickboxing since October 2017 and I can sincerely say that I LOVE KICKBOXING!! I used to have a gym membership but I cancelled because I never felt motivated to go as much as I do with iLoveKickboxing. It is a complete body workout, and am very happy and proud with the results I'm seeing with my body. The staff at iLoveKickboxing Franklin Square are awesome!!! They are always motivating member to do our best and to go above and beyond. After a long day at work, I'm always looking forward to go kick some bags and enjoy the workout!! Definitely recommend this place!
