::iLoveKickboxing changed my life. The staff are so awesome and motivating. The workout has made me wake up from my lazy mode and has made me more pumped to be in better shape. It's honestly the new highlight of my day. I definitely recommend it! You will not regret it!!

::This gym is clean, well-maintained, with good instructors who care about you keeping good form during your classes. After my plantar fascia surgery, I had a hard time finding exercises that I enjoyed as much as running. I signed up here with a Groupon and it was so much fun. It’s a challenging workout and I always feel a lot better than I did when I came in. Worth the money, if you can budget it out. I’m very glad I am a member here.

::Love this place!! The instructors are personable, knowledgeable and make exercise fun! They know how to push you to your max and keep you motivated for more. They’re constantly finding new ways to challenge you. The studio was just renovated and looks beautiful. I also LOVE how they donate to charity every month!

::Before I stepped into this place I had no clue what Kickboxing was, or how could I even get started. The first class one of the instructors guides you through the class which is super helpful and is there for any doubt/question you may have. I felt immediately comfortable, unlike any other place. The instructors are always welcoming, the gym is always clean despite the number of class they have back to back. I think that despite the classes are priced a bit higher than your average gyms around, the energy is just so much better and the workout is more fun. There is no Fellow classmates are there to cheer you up. I have been going for the past two weeks and I can already feel the difference in my body. I recommend this kickboxing location to anyone in Astoria.

::This is the best way to work out honestly. I started my journey here almost a year and a half ago and it has been great. The instructors are very passionate and motivating. The class is super fun and it is worth every penny. I dont know if I can drag myself back to the gym.
