  Bobby and the team at ILoveKickboxing are amazing! It's clear that from the first day you walk in Bobby takes an interest in you and your personal goals, and he does everything within his power to help you achieve them. He can be a really tough teacher at times, but it's only because he really pushes you. I never thought I would find such a fun and motivating environment to work out in, but the Oyster Bay ILKB family makes you want to keep coming back every day! Definitely check out the Groupon deal if it's your first time coming-- it can't be beat!

  It's an awesome workout. I feel almost guilty when I don't go. Ive never had as much muscle as I do now. I did it years ago and had to leave when i moved to SC. I missed it so much. When I moved back to New York I signed up as soon possible. I am not a very um athletic person haha so there are time I get worried about what I got myself into but I keep coming back.

  iLoveKickboxing has helped me lose about 35 pounds this year and 60 pounds in total. The staff there are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and motivational. Once you commit to a membership, you become part of the family. You can join at any fitness level because the staff are dedicated to helping you reach your goals, no matter how big or how small. If you're just a beginner, you'll do well here. If fitness is your thing, you'll be able to take it to the next level. ILKB is a no judgement zone and everyone there just wants to be better, stronger, and live a happier, healthier life. Every class is different so it doesn't get boring. The instructors really get to know you so they can push you to your ultimate best. The class has the benefit of feeling like a group workout, but also feeling like a personal training session. I highly recommend it for everyone; whether you're new to fitness or you're advanced.

  I am addicted to attending classes at iLoveKickboxing. The instructors are so motivating and extremely helpful. I was a bit intimidated going to my first class but after the first minute, I felt like I was a part of the "family." The gym is very clean and they make sure to sanitize in between each class. The workouts can be challenging but they are meant to push you to be your best self. I have gained so much strength and stamina since starting and I am excited to see that else my body is capable of!
