  Wonderful place to stay. Stayed there for 5 nites. It had kitchen and beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Very close to the convention center, restaurants, and a mall. All within walking distance. Bus stops right outside the hotel if you want to take a bus.

  Good location, you can see the fireworks on Friday night if you have an ocean view. The lagoon is nice, no waves, nice sand and some shade around the edge. Would be better if there was some drink service. Overall, a good place. 4/5

  Nice staff, full kitchen, close proximity to Ala Moana shopping center and direct hotel pickup to many activities. This hotel was wonderful, and we had an amazing honeymoon experience. The lagoon outside was nice too, with no rocks or corrals to hurt yourself on. Only downside was location. It's on the extremity of Waikiki beach which means one needs to walk a decent distance to get to the other side, which has nicer ocean beaches and being central would certainly have it best. This said it is easily overlooked when you consider the afformentioned perks of the hotel, and that the restaurant is reasonable and delicious here, unlike many over the top expensive hotel restaurants we frequented.

  The Ilikai is located in a great area. My patio overlooked the lagoon and the ocean. I even had a view of the marina. The hotel next door had a Luau every night. I never paid for one cuz I could see everything from my room. I was impressed. I would love to make it back here. The Activities Concierge was the best. I was able to do things that I would have never imagined while in Honolulu! The submarine tour and the North Shore Tour were special things she told us about. Loved them and every other tour we purchased.

  This building is one of the first hotels in town. it has been remodeled it's very up-to-date. It's in a easy and quieter location than some places. Excellent views from all directions. Also convenient to other places you want to go. Very relaxing to watch the boats go in and out of the harbor. The fireworks show every Friday at the Hilton next door. Also the beach is basically outside. The restaurant in the main lobby area also has very good breakfast and some interesting dishes and drinks. With live music on the weekends
