::Waited an hour with a 2 year old. Asked how much longer and then someone comes in 10 min later to tell me he wont be seen. Aftwr driving an hour to come here. Wont ever come back here.

::Have been a patient for many years. Insurance changed, I let them know weeks before out appt and requested they let me know what my co pay would be. They assured me they did take it but there would be a co pay. Today after checking 3 kids out from 3 different schools they called 20 minutes prior to the appt to let me know they no longer accept my insurance. Spoke to the office manager Mari who was the one I made the appt with. She tried to blame it on staff quitting even though she personally had assured me that my insurance was approved and had personally written a note for the insurance coordinator to verify well in advance. Completely unprofessional. Encourage everyone to find a different dentist only because the office staff is incompetent.

::The staff was wonderful!! They made my daughter feel comfortable and safe! She is 3 now and yesterday was the first time she had to sit in the "big girl chair" at first when she saw it she was scared but the dental assistant explained what was going to happen and even let her feel and touch the tools that would be used to clean her teeth. She made the experience fun! My daughter told me throughout the day that she had fun at the dentist!! Thank you staff for making this visit fun for my baby!! Highly recommend this place!
