  So I ordered something from Ikea and attached the shopping list in my email, as instructed on their website. I also called to make sure they got my contact information and my shopping list. But when I was sitting in my apartment waiting for my stuff to be delivered they texted me that they didn’t even buy the stuff, because I called without sending an updated shopping list. This place is a joke. Do waste your time on them.

  Fast services and professionalism is the main quality of them as I think. They delivered my furniture on time and fully furnished. Great experiences.

  Attempted to call was hung up on when I asked if they were affiliated with Ikea and then they forwarded my calls to voicemail the next 3 attempts. Not really sure what happened all I asked was the one question and I was told "No!" and that's it. Unprofessional and frankly disappointing to say the least. Was looking forward to doing business but I'd rather go directly through Ikea now. Too bad.

  Awesome service!!! I sent them my shopping list on Saturday and everything was delivered and assembled today !!! Even we have Pride parade here in NYC but Sasha and his helper Sam carried everything on dollies 2 blocks. Nice crew and quick assemblers. Super fast and convenience service!
