  I ordered the kids meal. Chocolate smiley for my son. He loves the smiley cakes and I love his excitement. But when I received the meal today and got this sad excuse of a smiley cake I had to let you know you have to step up your game IHOP. If we ordered in house this would be a full smiley cake experience. The o ly reason you're getting one star is because that's the lowest I can rate you.

  Food came out separate times 5 minute delay, food runner 1 ⭐ uncooked bacon ,cook 0⭐, the server was the only one that did a 5 🌟.. I really want to give these guys a good review but the server was the only one that did his job

  Dining in usually goes well for me.. unfortunately this time I asked for a to-go order and when I got home found these hash browns barely even cooked and I asked for them well done/extra crispy. Never even ate them. I've never seen hasbrowns so under cooked in my life. 🤮

  My girlfriend and I were hanging out one day and randomly started craving Ihop pancakes. So what does one do when their girlfriend craves something? They oblige. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly wait staff and promptly seated. From there, the service was pretty close to perfect. We felt well taken care of and never had to even ask for anything. There was slight disappointment with the food though. The hash browns were not even warm but room temperature. It was as if they weren't cooked or even heated when ordered but were thrown on the plate from a batch made a while ago. The syrup given was in individual single use plastic containers as well and only had the original flavor. Please bring back the syrup rack with all the different flavors!

  Food and staff was great but the place could get a good mopping.
