::Such poor service. We were seated quickly. Waited almost 10 minutes to have the drink order taken. Close to 45 minutes for our order. The burger tastes frozen. This is the place that you go to when you have no other options.

::The food here verges between really good to downright awful. I'd say on average, it's ok and good enough to return to once a month. The servers can take awhile and I've often had to wait awhile to be attended to during busier times, but it's not too bad and their friendliness makes up for the wait.

::With empty tables everywhere we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated we finally placed our order and waited well over one hour for our food to start coming out...with the last of it coming out when most of us were almost through. All in all we were there 2 1/2 hours with three young children. The food was okay, but the wait was ridiculously long. We went for a 10:00 brunch, and ate it for lunch. The children were falling apart. It was a really bad experience!

::I have only been here once. I ordered online and when I got there it was already ready for me and the waiter was super nice and put everything separate so it didn't get soggy. Even gave me napkins and a fork which most places never do.. Will definitely be back.

::service was terrible. if it wasn’t for the receipt, I wouldn’t have known my server’s name. she did not check on us at all. we did not even get refills. when I had a problem with my food, she completely ignored me. the manager was around during & did absolutely nothing. when I asked to speak to her by the end of our visit, she also was extremely nonchalant. not to mention our server basically rushed us out by delivering our receipts WITH our food. I will never return to this specific location. very disappointing!
