  The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. My partner and I went in around 4pm on a Sunday afternoon and waited well over five minutes to even be greeted and sat. There was one other table seated and not a single other one came in for the entire hour - hour and a half we were there. We were visited three times at most by our waitress. She had one other table. We watched the minimal staff stand around talking the entire time. She had an awful attitude and was inattentive. Our food was severely burnt to the point it was inedible. We waited so long for our food that neither of us was willing to wait an additional half an hour or more for two simple entrees. We had to ask another waitress who was cleaning tables, who was very sweet, for our check because our waitress hadn’t been back in so long. She didn’t ask about our untouched food. I work at a sit down restaurant myself and I understand all of the hard work and moving parts that go into serving guests. There is no excuse for such awful service. Despite the 15 minute drive to the other IHOP, I will be making the trip without question from now on.

  Two stars because the servers are extremely rude to the hostesses. I genuinely felt bad for the hostess because she tried sitting us at multiple tables and the servers just yelled at her to not sit them. Our server was nice and the food was good but I couldn’t look past how rude the servers were to the hostess who was just trying to do her own job.

  Been here twice now. First time was after it first opened and service was terrible. Being that it just opened, we were quite forgiving. Year and a half later.. it's just as bad. Waited almost ten minutes after being seated for our waitress to come greet us. Food was cold, took forever (55 minute breakfast with no more than 15 customers and 10 employees) and just seemed like each waiter/waitress couldn't handle more than one table.. unfortunate.

  Service here is usually good. We are seated promptly, order taken, and food is out quickly. The last time we went here though we walked in after lunch and the host was arguing with a customer right in front of everyone. He sat us at a table and snapped at a waiter taking the order of the table next to us because the waiter was about to leave or go on break and wan't going to be able to wait our table. They both left and someone came up to take our order. After they left someone else came up to take our order. The host was confusing everyone with who should be waiting our table. The food came out and we were missing an order of bacon. Everything went smoothly until the check came. Our waiter handed the ticket to me and I gave him my card. He came back right away but continued to stand there and stare at me while I put my card away, wrote the tip on the check and sign off on it. Then he asked us if we wanted a link to his mix tape. I am not joking. I have never in my life had a waiter ask me for something like this and it was very off-putting. Generally, service is great here and food is always good it always seems to vary. No consistency.

  My server was awesome, and I observed another server whose energy was infectious. I'm only unimpressed with the cooks. My plate looked pretty bare and they attempted to hide that by spreading the eggs as much as they could... And the pancake topping looked forgotten - it was just an off-center splotch. Oh well. Still tasted fine.
