I would say it's a pretty bad experience as a customer here. Waiting time for more than 45 minutes, and I ordered the T-bones for medium rare, but it came as well done. How can you tell if you have eaten a well-done steak? They even did not fill out the water and coffee. The only good thing for them is they are open 24 hours; if you wake up too early or just finished your night shift work, you can come to eat.

Staff were short but our server did an excellent job taking care of us, I wish I remembered her name but she was an elder lady, overall a great experience for us travelers.

The place was empty, but we were sat at the back corner by the open back door anyway. The food was way overcooked. I went to take a bite of my waffle, and it broke when I tried to use the fork, so I ended up eating a couple of bites in layers. As dry and almost burnt as the waffle was, it was still cold enough that the butter didn't melt at all. I went to put syrup on the waffle to try to rehydrate it so it was edible and the lid fell off of the syrup and dumped it everywhere. So there was a cold, dry, crusty waffle with cold clumps of butter with enough syrup to choke a horse. The chicken strips were the color of dark chocolate, crunchy, and just incinerated. My husband's omlet was slightly overcooked so the egg was crispy and his pancakes were charred. In addition to the food experience, we got to listen to the manager harass the employees about getting off her clock and trash talking other employees who weren't there. The water was great, though.

Today everything was outstanding for an IHOP. We have had some very bad experiences at many of these but was delighted by this one on vacation. Friendly staff and excellent hot food in a timely manner. The only downside is the pricing. 3 adults and 1 child ran $75, $87.50 with tip. Everything is going up and it's starting to show everywhere now. Other than that. All was excellent this time around.

A trip down to memory lane brought my wife and I back to IHOP. We used to frequently visit this location when we were younger due to our busy schedules. Often IHOP was the only restart open that would be open; therefore, we went back for the nostalgia. Side note: We barely ate and we’re starving. We ordered mozzarella sticks which have definitely changed over the years. The mozzarella sticks used to be very thick and filled with cheese to the brim. Honestly they had the best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had; however, they’ve made them skinnier and have less breading. Still a great taste, but sad to see that the recipe had to be changed. The $6 chicken and pancakes were fantastic. We came during the iHoppy Hour which means that certain dishes are much cheaper than normal (2-10 PM from the time of this review). Being relatively new to pancakes, these were a great experience and they gave me tons of BBQ and Maple Syrup without charging extra for the sauces. The fried chicken was great for a breakfast spot. Crispy breading, no gristle and hot. Great combination for the price! The onion rings were just standard onion rings but came out pretty cold and we’re not too impressive. My wife wasn’t didn’t enjoy the texture of the fried egg. Nothing the restaurant could have done, just user error here. Once she took the fried egg off, she enjoyed the burger and told me that it was VERY filling. I even took a bite and noticed that this burger will fill you up for a low cost! The service was great and most of the tables were very clean. Great to see this, especially since they had very limited crew due to the aftermath of the pandemic. I’m rating this IHOP a 4 star experience, because it’s exactly what you expect. Inexpensive comfort food that comes quick, hot and accurate. By that definition it’s a definite recommendation to buy your favorite breakfast staple dishes here - especially the chicken and pancakes!
