  ***FOOD POISONING****FOOD POISONING*** We came here the night before what was supposed to be an amazing birthday celebration at Disneyland the next day for my now 4yr old. The food was cold, took forever, and made us horrifyingly sick. My daughter was crushed that our family spent 2 days in bed with food poisoning instead of the happiest place on Earth. When we went to inform the manager (John Valenzuela) he was agressively rude, dismissive, and led me to believe that it is no coincidence that we were made sick by food prepared in his establishment, since he appears to have no training in food service or hospitality. His behavior was almost as disgusting as the food borne illness we got from here. If you want a fun Disney trip, never come here

  NEVER EAT HERE!!! FOOD POISONING!! On our recent trip to Disneyland for my nieces birthday we decided to have IHOP for dinner since the littles love pancakes. Big mistake. Cold food, slow service, and to top it off, we got the worst FOOD POISONING of our lives. I missed Disneyland, my nieces birthday, and we had to pay for 2 extra hotel nights, since we were too sick to travel. When we went to inform the manager (John Valenzuela) he offered no apology, and instead was exceptionally rude. Then, to make matters worse he insulted my child, and said I was in the wrong for interrupting his busy shift. This manager is a stain on the entire restaurant industry, and food safety and customer service obviously doesn't come first for him. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR HEALTH, NEVER EAT HERE Ps. Thanks for ruining the little one's birthday.

  ***FOOD POISONING*** Oh gosh.... Where do I start.... Well first of all my friends and family were treated very poorly by the manager. He was so rude and just the worst customer service we've ever experienced in our life. He should be fired for violating every restaurant protocol. We went in to let him know my whole family got food poisoning... We didn't go in the intentions of wanting anything in return but to simply just inform him about what happened and to review the food they we're giving out and how they handled the food. Our 2 yr old , 16 yr old , both my friends got diarrhea and projectile vomiting . We didn't even get to go to Disneyland because we were all sick. IHOP was or first stop the night we landed in Anaheim. Been sick for 2 days... so now it's time to go back home because we have to work. Thanks Ihop for ruining what was supposed to be a family bonding experience.

  At first when you walk in you think this is just a normal IHOP it was very busy because it's close to Disneyland. I thought I was actually going to have to wait for a table but then I saw there were stairs leading up stairs. Able to sit large parties great view of all the people walking around going to and from the convention center. Staff and service was excellent very quick very friendly and the staff happen to have those personalities that were talkative and very attentive. I recommend visiting this IHOP. Believe it or not they have turkey bacon I guess all IHOP's do now but it's one of my favorites and everything came out fresh and hot and it was a great breakfast.

  Excellent service by Aaron. There was a 10min wait. For as busy as it was, we were sat very quickly. The food was out within 20 minutes and was excellent. I would definitely recommend going to this location. The manager, Mel, was also walking around making sure everyone was taken care of.
