  I placed an order over the phone which the person taking my order was pleasant. But when I arrived no one greeted me and just kept staring at me like I was an alien or something. One waitress finally walked passed me and asked "Do you need something?", like... uh, yeah? Service and food? I work in food myself and the proper response is "Have you been helped yet?". She then proceeded to awkwardly get my order and cash me out and continue to stare at me like I'm an alien... very unwelcoming and awkward experience.

  I went pretty early in the morning and the server was a really nice relaxed guy. Took my order pretty quickly and the food came quickly as well. Overall pretty enjoyable. Don't know about Sunday though.

  This place is hopping. Very busy but almost no wait time when we were here. The staff kept busy and we're really on top of things. They had people moving in and out quickly and food was out fast. I really appreciate this location.

  Greeted & seated promptly. Our waitress despite having other customers greeted us in a timely manner. Immediately took our drink order & supplied us with menus returned promptly to take our order after she took our order I paid more attention to her she worked non stop to insure the large party that was seated just before us received their food to their liking and checked on ours to make sure we would receive a warm meal. She work the floor making sure everyone in her area had what they needed topped off glasses of whatever the drinks were. I just want to say it was a great experience I recommend this location off of Grant and I-10 to anybody that wants a warm smile and a warm plate. I didn't catch are waitreses name. However I did notice every waiter and waitress that was on duty insured the same service to all the other customers. Most importantly they did it with a smile on their face. Great job to the night shift. On behalf of me and my party we give a 40% tip on $100 to ensure she understood we were greatly appreciative of the service and the food

  We go for the pancakes and the pecan syrup. The service was great and personable. Food came rather quickly. The reason for less stars is the fact that the only thing hot on the plate were the eggs. Butter took two minutes to melt for "hot cakes". Food is bland and the only redeeming fact was service n pecan syrup. We rarely do corporate America food for just this reason. Mom n pops places always have better food. I would rather put braces on a kid than a dividend in a fat cats pockets.
