  Smokehouse sausage breakfast is my go to. Nothing fancy just good. Yes it's bad for you, yes it's got a trillion calories but it's good. The waitresses there are very nice and the place is clean.

  Waited 30 minutes to be seated and nobody came to help. They just looked at me... so that’s why i am giving it a 1. Worst customer service. Second ihop I have been to and its been a bad experience.

  We waited a long time to be seated even though employees saw us standing there. They were not busy at all. We were acknowledged until our server came back from break. Once he walked in the door he quickly got us a table and our experience was pleasant from there. Too bad I did not catch his name. I'll update if I catch his name next time.

  I Love this place!!! My waitress was super nice and sweet and checked up on us regularly. Not too much but just right!!! Getting there can be a bit tricky. If you are coming from west of 30 you need to be on the access road and will have to make a U turn to come into their parking lot. Also there is No parking on the front, only the side! Handicap parking space available and a ramp.

  Loved it! Went with my friend yesterday evening for the all you can eat pancakes special. The waitress was funny and was extremely sweet. The food was served quick and with much quality. I will be going again!
