  Myself and my spouse have primary care Dr here at IHA. She is very understanding . The staff here always makes you feel welcome and greets you with a smile, not that it cures you but at least you feel better 😉.

  I would give zero stars if I could. I asked for a referral 8 days ago and never received any correspondence from Dr. Yee. Only when I went in for an appointment (and a copay, and whatever else they're going to bill insurance) did Dr. Yee tell me that she believes that chiropractic care is the same thing as homeopathy, equating the manual adjustments and rehabilitation exercise with magic elixirs and salt crystals. She told me very clearly that she will NEVER submit a referral for a patient to see a chiropractor under any circumstance because she is not trained in it. I guess this means that unless she's been trained in every type of treatment there is, she's not going to make a referral. Her course of action was to become rude and agitated when I was asking direct questions... she then told me that I would feel more comfortable with another physician and to go out front, find some availability, and get on their calendar. I'm in pain, and this course of treatment has been previously successful for me. I have chronic back pain, and became pain-free until I managed to wreck it again. Dr. Yee referred my to Michigan Spine, and all they did was take an x-ray and tell me everything looked fine. She was good with that, where the patient doesn't see a successful outcome, but not with something she hasn't been trained in. I really hope for her patient's sake she's been trained in every possible illness and treatment on the planet. She CLEARLY doesn't care about the health of her patients and is only concerned about having folks come in for an appointment as often as possible in order to boost billing.

  Dr. Poppe is the best. The receptionists are all helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. I have been coming here for about 12 years now and will continue.

  My only complaint is the lady who drew my blood had no empathy. I was told to fast and not eat or drink, but I didn't realize you could still drink water. When I mentioned I hadn't had any water that morning, she said "Well, I hope you are going to be ok." That's not the thing you want to hear when you are already nervous.

  If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolute trash, the staff is completely unhelpful and has no empathy. I was 1 minute past the "late appointment time" and Dr. Yee has the audacity to refuse to see me when she's 30 minutes late or more from even making it to my room. All that these people care about is getting people in and tossing them out the door to make a buck. Don't waste your time or sanity with these people.
