  Worst place to buy furniture! The sales person (he knows who he is) talks you into leaving a deposit to hold the price and furniture. He said within 30 days you can get your deposit back if you decide to cancel. So 2 days later I found a better deal and the sales guy at ideal said they couldn't beat it. So I wanted to cancel and he said he would refund it. After 3 Business days still no refund. Called again and that sales guy was on "vacation" and the lady on the phone said I have to only deal with him. More BS over and over a few other times I called back. So after about 2 weeks I decided to call my credit card company and have them dispute it. After a week or so of my credit card company trying to contact them they didn't respond and credit card gave me a refund. Ideal is a shady business and I would never set foot in that store again! Buyer beware!

  Worst place to buy furniture . In the beginning the sales person (don’t wanna take no names ) sure he knows who he is . Will sweet talk you in to buying there generic furniture / mattress . Later on if some incident happens . Be prepared for Bullshit and run around from them . Bought a whole bedroom set from them mattress sank in less the 4 months and they didn’t do anything about it besides saying next week next week next week . They will continuously just lie to you . Would definitely not recommend stay away and go somewhere else !

  I ordered kids princess bed for my 6 years old daughter.. with chest.she loves it...very nice and beautiful. Thanks god she sleeps on it ...quality great ...delivery on time and nice staff...i highly recommended Ideal furniture store ...

  Absolutely the WORST customer service. Paid extra to get express delivery, and kept delaying the delivery and were incredibly rude about it! Initially, the company kept blaming the weather, which was completely understandable. They then promised that the couch would be here the next day by 3pm. I called numerous times to get an update and they did not text me back until 7pm..they then said they were half an hour away. 9pm rolls around and they still aren't here, so I call and leave a voicemail and they text back "tomorrow morning 9am". Here's a tip, don't lie to your customers!!!! So rude and unprofessional. Will never purchase another piece of furniture from here again.

  I wanted to share my frustration in regard to my delivery that eventually took place on Saturday 4-29-17. I was notified with a delivery window of between 1pm and 3pm. I planned my whole day around this timeframe. 3pm came and went, and no delivery, no call. I called the store at 3:15 pm and was informed that I was the next stop, approx. 45 minutes. That was fine. As it turned out, the delivery team arrived at 9pm. 6 hours later than the time given. I could have lived with that, if only their team that I spoke to numerous times had provided me with the truth from the beginning. I was lied to at each phone call, each time being told that my delivery was 45 minutes away. I know I was lied to, because the story that was told to me by Laurence / Lorenzo (I think Lorenzo told me his name was Laurence when I first called, but same exact voice) did not match up with what the delivery crew told me. I would have been fine with a 9pm delivery, I just wish that I was told that from the very beginning. I would have planned my day and night around that instead of being a prisoner in my home from 1pm to 1am. (they completed installation and delivery at 1am) The staff lied to me over and over again, everyone was very nice, but bold faced lied. Lorenzo, who did nice job selling us our furniture, was the person that couldn't turn off his sales side and kept selling me BS when trying to explain what occurred and when I would see my furniture. It is too bad, because we really love the pieces that we purchased, and were all ready to shop for our bedroom set, and eventually our dining room set from i - Deal, but due to this extremely negative delivery service and dishonesty, that will never happen.
