  I have been attending IDEA classes for almost a year now and I LOVE my instructors Yvonne and Jackie. They are phenomenal women as well as the people who work the front office area. Jose is always a charm and is kind as well as the ladies who also work with him. These people are kind, understanding and non judegemental as long as you show an effort in trying to succeed. I honestly could not of wished for a better group of people to help me through this chapter of my life. Anyone who says anything negstive about These angels are just not trying. Period. Team IDEA for life

  Since they are a counseling place, i thought mayb it would be ok. I went in sept. 2017 i was seen by one lady, which was very nice and understanding. We were unable to finish my intake so i had to reschedule. Well, when i returned the next week i was seen by a totally different lady which knew nothing about me or my case. We didn't talk about anything like last time i was seen. She then told me that we were finished and she would tell my probation what they recommend. It is now jan 24 2018 and they are just relaying the message to probation which were all lies and tried to get me to so classes for anything to get money. We are still people with lives and its not ok to make up lies becuse we have fallen on bad times and try to get money for un necessary classes. Not everyone is a bad person that comes through your offices.

  Horribly unorganized and incompetent employees many of which seem to be unqualified family members. Rude and judgemental. Do not recommend!
