  Literally the worst place on the planet you could possibly choose to live. The office staff is horrible. They do not fix anything, dog feces is smeared into all of the carpets, the hallways smell like cigarettes and weed, the garage doors will close on your car and they will say its your fault, they fire their office managers every month so they don't have to follow up with resident complaints, and the staff they have left is incredibly rude. They have zero security for the entire building as the front gate is broken and residents leave the doors to the building propped open, this is especially concerning as there is a high crime rate in St. Louis. The facilities are littered with garbage and animal feces. DO NOT listen to anything the office staff there tries to tell you as they will not make a single change they promise you during your tour, they are lying to your face from the very beginning. One star is more than generous to give as this building should have been condemned 8 months ago. Do yourself a favor and buy a fancy box before you give this ungrateful and rude company a dime of your money.

  This place is absolutely disgusting. When i first moved in, they paired me with a person who has animals, after specifically making it clear that I was allergic. When I was put in the apartment I lived in after, the condition was unbelieably disgusting. The living room couch was torn to shreds, there were stains EVERYWHERE on the carpet, mold in the bathrooms, & a drawer busted out in the single bathroom. After contacting the office, we were promised a new couch (which we never receieved) & for our carpets to be professionally cleaned. After living there for 4 months, I was forced to switch apartments with the promise of $250 being deducted off of my rent for the inconvience. Since I had another place lined up after my lease ended (lease ends May 31) I decided to turn my key in & avoid the hassel of switching my stuff to another apartment for one month. Now that May’s rent is here, the front office was extremely RUDE and UNHELPFUL & made me pay the full $695 for May, even though I was PROMISED a $250 deduction. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

  In the past two months or so, they have made more progress in keeping the apartment clean. At least I see people cleaning the hall way. This is definitely great progress. The gym is finally warmed up-it only took them over 6 months to address this issue. My biggest concern is the poor internet. I was unable to submit an assignment on time because the internet was out for hours. This issue is a constant occurrence. I have spoken to the management and nothing has been done since I moved here. Some of the workers are the most unhelpful, meanest and rudest. Some of them try to help, while there are some who have no idea what is going on and do not even make an effort to assist. Also, there are no windows in the bedrooms- very poor ventilation. I don't even know if this is legal, to have a room without windows. Although one of the affordable apartments for students, I will not recommend this place to anyone. The current management do not seem to care about the needs of the residents. They need to fix these issues if they are planning to stay in business.

  One star is still too much for this apartment. The worst apartment I have ever seen in the us. People from front desk always lie to you and have nothing to do to help you out. The manager of this apartment who take charge of the apartment live in Atlanta, Georgia. So, that's maybe the reason these people can do nothing for you so straightforward even doesn't care about the residents The network is unstable and the speed is so low. Some of my friends told me they got even no Ethernet port could work well. The solution they told you is there is no engineering person focused on internet. So, still they get nothing to help you. Actually there are too many problems I'm not mentioned like I always miss my letters and there is no window you can use. In short, Please don't live there and go somewhere else if you don't wanna deal with these cases every week.
