::$55 for 3 hours

::I entered 244 W. 54th at 8:55pm on Wed. March 15th. I have a Dodge Durango which is considered oversized. The attendant tells me it's $45. I said I'd only be there for 2 hours. Do you have a coupon online I can use? He said, if you use the coupon it's going to be $25 plus $15 for having an oversized vehicle. Which amounts to $40 for the entire night. I was on my way to a meeting so I chose the $45 fee so I could leave thinking it would cover me in case I was a little over. Get back at 9:20pm and the cashier charges me $72. There is something really wrong when I show up 20 minutes later and get charged almost another $30. Another gripe, no one speaks English well enough for you to have a serious conversation about matters like this. He never said after 2 hours it's another price. Don't ever trust what a parking attendant tells you the cost is. It's a scam.

::Parked here at 8am got the early bird special for $19.95 or something for 12 hours of parking only to find out that you need to be parked for a minimum of 3 hours. I was never told that. stupid fine print no one see's. I had to get my car out earlier then expected the guy tells me $60 because I was only parked there for 2 hours and 45min. I told him I'll wait 15min he said I already put you in the system as taking car out nothing I can do. REALLY????

::DONT PARK HERE. They dented my car and acted like they were innocent. The are uninsured. I had my own insurance company fix the dent and I'm now out my deductible since they don't have insurance

::We park here regularly, and the past few times we have noticed pieces of our car go missing. All of these pieces are relatively expensive replacement parts (~$1100) that were clearly removed purposefully. This happened on two separate occasions and while we cannot prove anything, it stands to reason it happened within the garage. We did not take the car to any "bad" areas, and we went to a completely different place on both occasions, the only constant being we bought the car back to park here. Complaints have proved fruitless as the security footage had been mysteriously misplaced -- if you ask me, this place either has little to no security or even worse, running an inside job allowing employees to steal parts from cars knowing that most people do not want to put in the effort of trying to do something about it. At the very least, the parking lot could have shown a little more effort in getting to the bottom of this but their attitude was largely apathetic. You're better off parking on some corner street in South Harlem than this place because at least that's an open spot and people might think twice about stealing your things. Note to all prospective parts burglars: come visit this free parts shop at night or even better, strike a deal with management so you can take what you want!
