  I have never posted a negative business review online, but if I could give this place negative stars, I would. We parked there last night with a $13 coupon to park between 6pm and midnight. We verified the validity of the coupon with the attendant when we entered the garage. We arrived back to the garage at 11:56pm (according to our phones). The attendant put our ticket in their machine and the charge was $37. We showed him our coupon and the attendant stated the machine read that it was past midnight. We showed him the time on our phones, and he just keep repeating that he had to go by what the machine read. We explained that we understood it was probably not his policy, but that his clock was incorrect. Furthermore, the charge posted for an additional half hour is $7, which if anything would bring the charge total to $20. He would not listen to reason and since it was a valet lot, refused to give us our key until we paid. He also kept repeating "you're not the only ones" which to me signified that the attendant was well aware that the clock is fast. We ended up paying the fee to leave the lot, but have disputed the charge on our credit card (you can only pay credit at this lot). Upon looking at our receipt, we realized that the receipt said our check-out time was 1:03am, which is why the charge was so high. Their clock was an hour and seven minutes fast. I would have no problem paying extra if we did indeed arrive to the lot past midnight, but I have a huge problem with dishonesty and using intimidation to make customers feel they have no other option but to pay the extra fees. The attendant was extremely disrespectful to my husband and me, and their business is a scam. Please do not support their business by parking here. There are plenty of other lots in the area.
