  A bit expensive for me, but for the nyc average, the price was great... I was expecting to pay 30ish like the site said for full day parking instead of 47$

  Car didn't get stolen... I don't know what else to say about a parking garage. Be sure to print a coupon before you get in for reduced prices.

  Very unpleasant experience. Not recommend at all. Don't go there! They will fraud you, ask you for additional fee when you already paid in some parking app. It totally makes no sense. They don't let me pick up the car if I don't pay it. Just don't go there!! And staff were very unfriendly.... None of the staff is American, seems like all from Caribbean countries. They speak pretty bad English and act like A-holes.

  Went to the YMCA little theater for a children's show on Sat, 12/7. Parking the car was not an issue. However, when we tried to leave, it took over an hour to get the car back, as they only had one attendant at the window, and at most 2 going back and forth to get cars. I was also one of the early ones in huge line stretching out of the garage, so people behind me probably waited much longer. This can't be the only time they've ever had a show at the YMCA theater - parking management should get it's act together and plan for high volume.
