  The account opening process was a breeze to my utter and pleasant surprise. The staff were affable, knowledgeable and helpful. I managed to open an account, sign up for M2I, get in and out of the branch in less than 15 minutes and all of this without an appointment! The service has been nothing short of spectacular. I had questions during setting up online account access etc., and every time I called, the folks were professional and managed to solve my issues. Finally, I had trouble with M2I and I was frustrated with the process and decided not to use it. Nishant voluntarily reached out and offered to walk me through the steps. He was very responsive at every step of the process, and helped clarify every single step. Thanks to Nishant, I tried M2I Power transfer and I am glad I did. I will stick to M2I going forward, and all credit goes to Nishant. It is refreshing to see such level of professional and friendly service. Keep up the good work, and thank you!

  We have opened NRO and NTE Accounts at this location. Vaijayanti Mohapatra answered all our questions and addressed our concerns very patiently. This encouraged us to move forward. We’re very Happy with state of the art software that makes Navigation on ICICI web a breeze.

  I really want to thank Omkar from this branch who was very helpful in explaining patiently how to use money2India, setting up the online user-id when the main customer care number of the bank was of no help. He was simply outstanding . He stayed with me over the phone to explain how to use the power transfer feature and went step by step with me. I highly recommend the team from this branch , and particularly Omkar.
