  I have written good and bad reviews those in the middle need more influential behavior. This place being a governmental agency surprised me. I visited 04/20/2018, they exhibited the highest form of professionalism that I have witnessed in a while. I was treated with so much consideration, compassion as a human being and accommodation. From the point of being greeted, listened to, informed me, assisted me and addressed all my concerns I had. At the end of my visited I was so emotional touched and regretted not coming here before with all my issues with my claim. I had found out through my visit I was clearly lied to, mis lead, and deceived by my Adjuster and Case Manager go figure for 18 months. Please beware!!!! If you are denied for anything no matter how big or small, call the ICA or just visit. I know these times can be over whelming just down right depressing. If this post can help just one person all my suffering was not in vain. May you be happy with peace in your heart. Thank you ICA
