  The movers that showed up did a great job. Much better packing than I would of done. I hate packing with a passion. When I do get around to its usually so last minute that I rush it. This was the first time having someone label my boxes and organize everything for me. For their prices you do expect something great. They live up to it. They work really hard and are very good with details. It's pretty hard to be prepared for something you've never done before like move out of the U.S. Having them by my side made all the obstacles way more manageable. Moves like this you have save up for it. So when it is time to spend your hard earned money you pray you don't waste it on the wrong company. At the end of the move a good feeling came over me. I knew I made a good choice.

  Quite the learning experience. I knew as much as the average person knows when it comes to International moving. Next to nothing. Calling around I got a feeling that some places picked up on that and seemed to kind of take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I called around until I found a voice answer that wasn't a sleazy sales person. When a polite rep picked up the phone at I love international I talked their ear off asking as many questions as I could on insurance, rates, different moving packages, available start times. The rep was very relaxed and friendly with me letting me speak and gave detailed answers without sugar coating them. That was the start of what turned out to be a great move to Vancouver.

  It's hard to tell how reputable these international guys really are. I did lots of research and actually contacted other clients who used the service to double check. I love Int was best option for me after all the research was said in done. It wasn't the cheapest but it had the least amount of risk involved because everyone knew exactly what they were doing and I heard nothing but good things from others. I've done mostly local moves and 1 out of state move so this was all new to me. I felt like the bigger the move the more problems could happen but this was as simple as a local move. IT took much much longer obviously because the move was to Quebec but it was just as easy.

  I first searched around on google and then clicked on each companies website. Most every company had an online form you could fill out so getting answers right away was only by phone or you had to wait to get emailed back. When I checked out I love internationals website a instant message popped up. I wrote back and thought it was just a computer talking to me but later figured it was a real person. I started asking questions about my move and rates. It was really cool honestly. I hate talking on the phone. Sometimes questions get asked and I can't think of response quick enough so it can get awkward in my opinion. Being able to go back and forth on a live chat and get 90% of my questions out of the way was way more convenient than calling up 10 different places and following up back and forth as more questions popped into my head. I chose ILIM because they were easier to book and knew what they were talking about. I'm not going to say they were super affordable because it was on the pricey side but I rather pay extra to experience less risks from professionals who have taken extra time to make things easier on their potential costumers. My move to Vancouver worked out pretty well. Everything was checked off the itemized checklist once inside my place so I knew all my stuff was safe and sound. Good work all around.

  Been in NY for many years and with a new job offer, I accepted a position in London. The only catch was that I had such short notice of this offer and they gave me a time frame of when I needed to be out there by to start my first day of training. I was running on a tight budget as well due to other reasons. I love had responded with my quote and were able to get the ball rolling right then and there. I was relieved and as they saw me stressed about getting last minute things in order, they had taken care of almost EVERYTHING (furniture, packing, loading, throwing trash bags) and what they really did which saved me a ton of time, was they provided packing materials. No complaints and great company
