  I travel for work often and you do not get the quality that this hotel provides at the price. Great housekeeping, fluffy pillows and comforter. Chic modern design. 5 stars.

  Staff are very nice. They called to verify my booking prior to my stay. Quick check in from another friendly staff member. The servers in the morning buffet were also very helpful and kind. Good value for the room you don't get service like that often, very considerate staff. I would highly recommend and if I need a hotel again that will be my only choice.

  Excellent location for attending an event at State Farm Center. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Had a great night's rest, and check in and out was with ease. Wasn't expecting this for the location, pleasantly surprised.

  Bed and blankets were superbly comfortable, bathroom and shower fantastic too. They also helped me with my request on a nice view of the front. They had a nice gym for a quick session as well. However, I'm taking off a star because the breakfast was so underwhelming and disappointing.

  I visited the I-Hotel a while ago during February and had an absolutely great experience there. The staff were very welcoming and the ambient of the hotel was great. The rooms are spacious, clean and well organized. When I wasn't able to find an Uber the hotel offered me a ride for free to my destination within UIUC and when I needed a universal adapter they offered two instead of one. The location is also very strategic if you're at a conference inside UIUC. The food offered during the breakfast is excellent and the restaurant downstairs has a really good pizza to try.
