  Absolutely terrible. Equipment and general state of the building are laughably terrible. Unless you really want an injury or tetanus I suggest not coming here. Lack of respect for their customers is truly terrible

  Gym is super nasty dirty , equipment is in terrible shape . Do not put your credit card down because you will be hit with random “upgrade fees” I was a member for about 10 years and they shut down in the middle of the night . I was told equipment was being upgraded and gym would reopen & what a big f—- lie ! Then your membership is sold out to outside financing. Not happy at all .

  This gym has great potential, but I feel like management is keeping this place from reaching a better level of success. Broken equipment, broken toilets, running out of toilet paper for over a week. As a paying customer none of these things encourage me to continue giving this gym my money. Stuff will break, but as a business owner your job is to get it fixed asap to keep customers happy. Especially when you also charge maintenance fees, but equipment remains broken for months. Maybe closing down the Crowley location will enable the owner to take better care of the Burleson location. The Burleson location is nice, but smaller than the Crowley location. I'll be taking my business to Metroflex Fort Worth.

  Trash gym. The cancellation process is ridiculous. If you call them and try to cancel they will say they "Don't have the authority to cancel your membership" and that "only their account can do that". Weird seeing as how they require you to send certified mail to their physical address not to an accountants office. When I asked if I could just cancel the payment on my card they threatened it would go against my credit. They also try to get their final payment by stretching it out to the "post marked date". The gym is run down. During one gym session they were literally painting with the doors closed on a Friday afternoon leaving me and my buddies force to inhale the fumes... Case and point don't waste your time or money with these people. They will do anything and everything they can to suck as much money out of your pocket while offering a barely passable gym experience. 0/10 would recommend to a friend.

  This fitness center has been the one and only gym that I have attended since I started my fitness journey and I have never felt the need to check out other gyms. The environment is so calm and welcoming. The staff is amazing and friendly. The Kid's Club employees are experienced and work very well with all of the children!! This gym is amazing if you're on a low budget, and has so much to offer you if you need an upgrade! I recommend this facility to each and every person who is considering finding a home gym!
