  I know ive left a review here before but its mysteriously missing along with most of the other negative reviews. I have called here to confirm that they did indeed have the car model i needed parts from since they charged me an entrance fee. I get there, pay, and look around the yard for half an hour. The car wasnt there and they gave me a hard time about refunding the fee for taking a walk and wasting my time. I put my name on a call list for any cars that match my model and i never got a call. Half the time they dont answer the phones and just stand around talking. Its not likely to change since the business is family owned.

  What's looking for an alternator for my 06 Maxima I called around and I-17 had the lowest price with a very decent 3 month warranty I got it for about 50% of the cost of other used parts places. When I went there the person at the front desk was very nice.

  Tried to sell my vehicle a gmc denali and they wanted a picture tired to explain to the guy its in prefect condition and then said he was not interested. Im sotty my car is well taken care of for a junk yard selling it on Craigslist instead. Don't sell used vehicles or even bother calling horrible staff

  Best auto salvage in the valley in my opinion. I always buy used auto parts from them, on top of their friendly service, never once did i get a faulty part and they give you the part clean.
