  1 star because of such a long wait. Your appointment is at a certain time. After an hour and 45 minutes you will still wait for the doctor to see you. But yet when you are running late for your appointment then you have to reschedule even though it was 15minutes. Doctor is alright. He just wants your money and doesn't care how you feel.
