  After having problems ordering on their website, I had to email my order. The receptionist and sales guy were both very nice over the phone. Order was completed promptly and looked great. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating and even gave me some decals for my ski. Sadly, as I was leaving I heard one of the managers belittle her right in front of me for something she had done. She was an excellent customer service person and I am turned off at the lack of respect of the manager both for talking down to the receptionist, and doing it right in front of customers. Overall I had a good experience and would probably buy again.

  Order was wrong. When I asked to have it corrected I was told it was my fault and I'd have to pay for shipping both ways and a 20% re-stocking fee! Terrible customer service. Beware!
