  Drove across town to get there by 4:45 and it was locked 🔒 up with no sign for hours or open or closed. Would have been there sooner but I10 was crawling at 20 mph from the 202.

  Unfortunately, although these electric bicycles are a lot of fun to ride, they ended up being a "money pit" for us. After only a little over a year of ownership, mine had worn bearings in the front wheel and needed a major repair. Over that year we spent quite a bit on repairs on both electric bicycles. Worse yet, the shop told us originally, that they would repair bicycles on site which for us, being in our 70's was a selling feature but soon after we'd paid off both bicycles ($4400!) the "repair on site" went away and if you wanted a repair on the bicycle, you had to tote it into the shop in the car which got too difficult for us. And still worse yet, the shop didn't seem to be able to keep a good repair person and repair is a big part of these bikes. The bike we had bought from Phoenix Produce (also a Chinese bike) ended up being much more reliable and trouble free than the hybikes (and a whole less expensive to purchase!). We ended up dumping the hybikes and got electric mobility scooters - much better built and virtually trouble free with a better range on the batteries. (Husband adds that there are no user serviceable parts on Hybikes so if you plan on doing your own maintenance, you're out of luck).

  I purchased two bikes here, I love my bikes but their billing is jacked up! you need to fix this ASAP! Update: I spoke to a man here, he asked me if I was the person who blasted them on Google reviews, I said yes. He then tried to explain why they charged me twice in a month for two bikes that I purchased after my bank card was cancelled and I called them to make an arrangement which they agreed to. They backed out of the agreement and still billed 2x the amount they should have months later. Oh well, I guess most businesses lost their integrity a long time ago.
