  The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. My wife, who has trouble sleeping usually, slept like a baby in the king size bed. The gym was clean and equipped with cardio gear and resistance machines to help keep you on track. The pool area is lovely and provides a beautiful view overlooking the city, especially at night. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to assist with not only facility questions but local attractions and the easiest routes to arrive safely.

  I stayed 5 days solo. It was wonderful and they took good care of me. Everyone was pleasant. They have very good vegetarian food too.I didn't rent a car and was able to walk everywhere. Perfect location at the Riverwalk. They have a light under your bed when you get up. I loved that.

  We had a great visit! The little cafe in the lobby are is a great add. The 2 types of pillows, stuffed and not so stuffed were really nice. The automatic lights under the bed to protect night time toes were also nice! Thanks Hyatt for thinking of the little things...

  Great location, straight from the lobby on to the Riverwalk. Friendly staff. Great view of the Alamo if you get rooms facing that way. Good pool although on the small size for the number of hotel rooms, it did get a bit rowdy at one point. Car park right across the street is very convenient. Would recommend staying here.

  This place is on the Riverwalk. Staff were on point and attentive to every need. The tv is almost too good !! It's probably 55" or maybe a 60. High def and made all the actors look like they had skin issues. 1 bummer, it's 20.00 to rent a movie. The locals were very friendly and helpful. We were here for Fiesta Week. Lots of festive atmosphere with parades and fun. We had a great time and would gladly come back if we have the financial opportunity to do so.
