  Staying here now (march 2018) and really wish I wasn’t. This hotel is a dump. Room is absolutely filthy. Floor covered in stains, furniture all scuffed up, wallpaper all scraped up, paint chips on all the walls, smells like mildew. Overall just completely discussing. I’ve stayed in cleaner motels on the side of the highway. Shame on Hyatt for letting this facility fall into such disrepair.

  Great Day Rate Hotel We stayed here for about 6 hours by calling and getting their Day Rate (about $100 less than regular rate). The hotel feels like you're tucked away in a nature resort on a bay. While the outside of the hotel looked dated, the rooms were all brand new, spacious, and clean! The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. The pool area was small, but it had everything kids need to have a good time. We really wanted to try Red Marlin, but the restaurant closes down everyday from 2-5, so we weren't able to eat. HOWEVER, the poolside bar had the best burger, Ive ever had!!!! The drinks were perfect and not too rough on the alcohol!

  The worst Hyatt I have ever stayed. I lived 2 days here. I booked two night’s king bed room. The first day when I was checked in, they didn’t tell me they don’t have a king bed room and they gave me a two beds room instead. The view was so bad and the beds were small, and when I returned to the front desk I was told there were no king bed rooms available. But I think they should to tell me this when I was checking in. They moved us to a upper level room the second day, everything was good but the shower head. No more than 1/3 of water came out from there and I got a very cold shower. Also there was no cotton swab in the bathroom. I cannot believe this kind of service is from a Hyatt, it is even worse than a motel!

  I liked this hotel a lot! A bit pricey but you have everything you need in one place. There is a complimentary 1 hour bike/ board rental with your stay. You can go for a great run from there as well! Also, great breakfast! Minus: the parking fee is $38 for a night!

  It's a good hotel in a great location. The pools and hot tub were an excellent way to spend the evening. Be warned: be sure to consider the resort and parking fees in addition to the advertised nightly charge... And with parking at $38/day, it's a substantial difference. We had to change from the original room due to sewage gas backing up from the toilet. They switched the room upon request, but some kind of comp for the inconvenience of packing/moving/unpacking at 10:00pm would have been appreciated.
