  Hotel was beautiful. Staff was incredible. Before our trip all I had read was horror stories about Miami's service staff in general. However, these guys have it in spades! Would recommend to anyone!

  Stayed at this hotel for a business travel and I loved the location because it was super close to the convention center. The staff was very kind and comforting. Room was clean and tidy. Love the options of rooms and things to do around the area. Place was quiet and great to get work done! Everything went smoothly.

  Our stay was fine. Customer service was great . We didn't like the pillows. Either too soft and squishy, not very supportive, or too big and firm. Beds were comfortable though.

  Hotel was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop. Check in was quick and without any flaw. Once we arrived to our room, the views of downtown Miami are out of this world. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Loved it! But asked for a balcony they said each room has a balcony but failed to mention they are not for use. Other then that wonderful staff. Clean room and very comfortable atmosphere. Beautiful city views. Easy to get to. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, and the train. Plan on going back.
