  I worked with Allison and her team this past Saturday on a wedding and they did a phenomenal job. We worked together on a beautiful and detailed wedding setup for the client and everyone was accommodating and helpful. There are so many pieces and parts on a wedding day and Allison was able to stay on top of everything with me and the entire vendor team. Anytime a venue works hard enough to make my job easier, I absolutely appreciate it and they went above and beyond.

  I booked a trip to Cleveland and chose this hotel due to it's great location and reputation. Across the street from the House of Blues and tons of places to eat, and a short walk to mostly everything else. The hotel is also AMAZING when it comes to taking care of travelers with dogs. We got a separate welcome package just for out puppy companion. Jake at the valet station was super welcoming at our arrival and went above and beyond to make sure our stay started out great!! Definitely recommend this hotel when coming to Cleveland and will return on future stays.

  The hotel was nice and in a great location. The rooms were clean. The elevators were loud and sounded like thunder. The meeting rooms were nice. Wish there was free breakfast, but they were able to check us all in early, which was nice. The staff was great and let us use our conference rooms to play games and have team building activities at night. Was here for a business trip with about 30 people total. Lots of bars, restaurants in walking distance!

  This hotel is the perfect location to shops, parks, restaurants and entertainment. Walkable to so much! The experience of The Arcade, which the hotel is located within, is breathtaking. The room was better than expected. Large windows and modern touches. The room could have used a deep clean as it had several stains in the carpet. The staff was friendly and valet was very helpful. We did not eat at the restaurant but it looked nice walking by.

  Room was VERY nice. I would absolutely stay here again! The parking was valet only, so we found the parking garage next door. Getting to the front desk was a bit confusing, but all-in-all...the room made up for the parking and customer service. THE ROOM. Just wow. We had a great view of downtown and windows on 2 sides. It was immaculate and nicely put together. Great place to stay.
