Great Hotel. Very clean the staff was amazingly friendly and went out of their way to help us any way possible. Easy to valet park and easy to check out. Match one of the managers was awesome and very accommodating when I was in search for soda water. Great location definitely will be back

On May 11, 2018, my girlfriend and I were supposed to fly out of Logan airport, but our flight got cancelled at the last minute. They re-booked our flight for 6:45 am the following day. We were both pretty upset about this because it was cutting in to our vacation. We live a good amount of distance away, and looked for hotels that would be cheaper than an uber to drive us home and pick us up the next day. We came across the Hyatt Regency Boston on Hot wire. Their price was extremely reasonable and very close (6-7 min) from our terminal. We reserved a room at around 9:45 am. Normally their check-in says 3 pm, so we called the front desk and they went out of their way to accommodate us. We told them how we didn't have a vehicle to pick us up. They immediately dispatched a shuttle driver to our location. The shuttle driver was extremely nice and helped us with our luggage. When we arrived at the hotel he gave us specific directions on where to go. When we walked through the front door there was a gentleman waiting there to hold the doors for us. We walked over to the front desk and checked in. The lady at the desk immediately knew who we were. We got checked in real quick and went up to our room. The room was extremely clean and the view was amazing. After about an hour, we decided to walk around the area. My girlfriend gets cold easily, but we didn't bring jackets because we thought we would be in Miami, FL. We went down to the front desk and spoke with a gentleman named Edward. We asked if they had a blanket she could at least carry in case she gets cold. He told us to hold on a second and went to the back. When he returned, he said he had sample sweatshirts for the staff he could lend us. When we got back from our walk we decided to have a few drinks. The waiter, Isa, was funny and extremely outgoing. After an extremely hectic and disappointing morning, we were extremely happy to have them turn our day around. The staff, location, food, room, and scenery definitely turned our day around. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Amenities are very good. Housekeeping was no better than the housekeeping at the cheaper, fewer star hotels. Convenient location puts you within 2 miles of many historical sites. Walking is an option and highly recommended for going to shops and sites.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Great hotel... Superb location for central, downtown Boston. Minutes from public transport, from the park, Chinatown, and pretty much everything you could want when visiting. Facilities were superb throughout, room impeccable, which was larger than many king-size rooms in the past. You really can't go wrong based on this experience. (Also stayed at the boutique hotel around the corner in the same week, which was a very different experience. Less relaxing, room way smaller, and just not as polished as the Hyatt experience).

Hotel itself is super conveniently located. We were able to easily walk to public transit and plenty of great restaurants - even in poor weather. Cleaning staff left a bit to be desired as things weren't properly restocked. The bar is good, but the restaurant wasn't all that great - at least for breakfast. Overall it's pretty good, and the staff were very helpful at check in getting us into a room super early.
