  Initially given the wrong room and a room with a door that didn’t close and looked like it had broken into. After asking for a new room they eventually “found” one then we go to that one and there’s no comforter on the bed and the hot water is lukewarm at best. I go back to the desk and ask for a comforter and I’m handed a thin throw blanket big enough for a twin bed (we’re in a king). I go back and ask if they can get me a comforter from a vacant room and they come back with another throw blanket. It’s 30 degrees outside. Terrible service, don’t waste your money here

  Staff was very kind. Breakfast was decent. However, it seems to be a hotel with no blankets. Only sheets were in the bed. When I asked for blankets, I was told they didn’t have anymore, but they did find a thin one similar to a hospital blanket. I found this rather confusing. There were also no extra blankets in the closet.

  Service was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, nothing really stood out, good or bad. Everything was very clean. The beds were surprisingly comfortable as well. Breakfast times are generous so you don't feel rushed to get up early. Good selection and plenty of food and fresh fruits. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable place to stay that doesn't feel like a "budget" hotel.

  This was my second stay at the Hyatt Place Alpharetta North Point. I was greeted by a goody bag and a thank you card upon entering my room as a thank you for being an elite member. The staff at this hotel are very helpful and accommodating. The reason for the mid rating is the condition of the hotel. The hotel shows its age and is due for a refresh. The rooms were clean over all but some aspects of the hotel were literally falling apart. The staff here is doing the best with what they have and a renovation would make this hotel one of the best in the area. All in all I would definitely stay here again because the hotel is a great value for the price. But I would also happily pay more if the hotel was nicer.

  The location is great and close to many great places. The staff at the front was super accommodating and very kind. The staff is the best part! They deserve to be praised! I will say the room was not clean and the building was very moldy. The first room I tried. I opened the door and could not breathe. The mold was very strong. I moved to another room that was still dirty and smelled bad, but not as bad. The girl gave me a bottle of febreeze. While that was kind, it was not enough. The smell was strong. My eyes were burning and my throat was scratchy. I needed to get clean sheets as there was something in the ones I had. I didn't sleep well and the lights kept flickering and sparking. I couldn't wait to check out! If it were just cleaner and better kept it would've gotten a 5 from me!
