::Tooth extractions are never pleasant. Wisdom tooth extractions are usually the worst. I made an emergency appointment the day before & arrived early & in great pain. I was seen x-rayed & prepped quickly. Dr. Karina Scalercio performed the surgery as gently & patiently as possible. Yes there was some discomfort but she was excellent. Determined yet caring & I highly recommend her. Overall the assistants & reception staff are very courteous, friendly & professional. Let me be clear, I DON'T LIKE THE DENTIST but Hutchinson Metro Dental is an incredible facility & I choose them over the dozens of places I've been over the years. You have to take care of your teeth & these folks do a fantastic job. Well done HMD!!!

::Very clean. Very secure. Not difficult to get to at all. I drove but there was this nice shuttle that transports you from the train. Don't make an appointment after 2pm you'll be there all evening😂😂 but there's plenty of staff there and all are very friendly .

::As much as I wanted to like this facility, I cannot give a great review for an establishment that does not honor their patient's time. They kept telling me that I would be seen shortly but failed to share that "shortly" meant another 30-45 minutes on top of the 1 1/2 hours I had already been waiting for a scheduled appointment. They lost me as a patient.

::Had another visit today . The wait time was 10 min . They took x rays , did cleaning and I was seeing by a doctor for my 6 month check up. I am very happy with the place . Clean , pleasant people . Ella the hygienist did my cleaning , painless and very professional. Doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything. One of the coordinators who helped me was very pleasant and explained me how my new dental insurance works . From desk receptionists - smiling and welcoming patients . I recommend the place .

::i was there for my son who received a pediatric cleaning. the wait was not long. The receptionist there were chatty and took several "ahems" to recognize that a human was in front of them. I originally made the appointment for Dr. Grace Lam but they sent a "Sara" for my son's cleaning. They did not ask if it was okay. They did not ask me if she was in my insurance's network. Sara was fine but if she was out of network, they can imagine how much out of network this will be. They also never called to confirm the appointment. I had to call several times the day of to get a hold of an actual human to confirm the appointment.
