  Your teller, Christina White is a terrible representative for your bank. I have had a business banking account as well as a personal account with Huntington for over two years and am seriously considering closing all of my accounts solely because of Christina's actions. When I asked to please speak with a manager, she informed me that she was the manager. When I asked to please speak with her superior on the phone, she laughed at me and said she does not have any superiors. I found this hard to believe and hope you have a better management structure than this. As a long time customer, I expect to be treated professionally and fair. As long as she is representing your branch office at East Ohio St, I will never return to that bank. Others should be aware.
