  This hotel is beautiful. It has a little rain forest area that has parrots and coi fish. Its location is right by the water so it has nice scenery. The hotel rooms were very nice and clean.

  Had an enjoyable stay at Humphreys. The pool is awesome and loved the late hours. The one issue I had with the hotel was the $16 dollar PER NIGHT parking fee that they don't notify you of until you check in, and they act like it is completely necessary. There is plenty of free parking around the area and the paid for parking really doesn't provide security at all, just a bar that allows cars in and out.

  WORST HOTEL EVER, RUN AWAY, Don't believe the nonsense like me. This hotel is like a war zone, people using hammers at 3am, ship horns going off at 4am, 5am people screaming from partying and talking outside room doesn't stop any sounds. Front desk people are horrible, they will knock on the door constantly and ruin your vacation by threatening you and badgering you, awful hotel, ruining my vacation I'm to a more a upscale hotel, that doesn't have cockroaches, and horrible customer service.

  My wife and I have stayed here often over the past few years. We have had very good experiences with Humphreys in the past and have recommended it to many family and friends. However, the current stay at Humphreys has not been as pleasant. First, we shared our booking and comments on social media as a promo to get a room upgrade but when we arrived, we were told that there weren't any upgraded rooms available. Second, when I called yesterday to confirm my reservation, the nice lady I spoke to said they had us down for a second floor room. When we arrived they told us that there was only a first floor available and now we have very noisy guests above and to the sides of us. The gentleman at the counter was very nice to give us complimentary parking and a drink from the bar for our trouble. My wife and I look forward to our Humphreys stays as they are our mini retreat getaways throughout the year. I would rather have had the second floor and a nicer upgrade like was expected but this time Humphreys disappointed.

  Stayed here on a casual weekend trip to Sam Diego with my husband. They offered us a really great deal on rooms at the end of 2017 and we absolutely booked! We used this as our after Christmas decompresse time. Gorgeous suite and a beautiful view. We've stayed here before for concerts in regular rooms and will be back.
