::This place is a gift! It is a gift to my body, to soul and to my mind. The space is beautiful. It feels like a retreat every time I enter it. It is so clean, esthetically pleasing and Maria the owner has thought of the client's every need, from the most delicious water (for real), to hair ties, to super cute clothing (that is a need). Now the instructors, they are all so amazing!!! Each is so special and so different. You never ever get the same class twice, not even from the same instructor. They are all brilliant, very caring, extraordinarily safe and alignment centered. I love each and every one of them. I have been attending since July, I started with the twice a week membership and I am now at an unlimited and will never change. My body has completely changed on the inside, which has changed me as a person as well. I have walked into other pilates studios in the area and walked right back out. I walked into Humani and have never left, that is how awesome this place is.

::I took my first pilates class today at Humani, and I was impressed! The intro to pilates class was a full body workout but without feeling like a workout! I signed up for the unlimited class special for two weeks. I am looking forward to seeing what the other classes have to offer!

::I just started attending classes regularly and I really love it. You get a whole body work out in 50 minutes, but don't feel exhausted or worn out. The studio itself is relatively small, but with just enough room to accommodate a full class which is never more than 6 people or so. So you get a lot of one on one instruction. Maria, the owner, is a doll. She is always willing to answer questions and make suggestions to help make your practice a fruitful one. If you're new to pilates you should try this studio! It's worth the investment in yourself!
