Overall the staff was decent, except for the lady at the cashier desk. She was extremely disrespectful and talked to me in a condensing tone because I simply asked to set up a payment plan. I paid half of my bill in the office, and waited to receive the other half in the mail- which I NEVER received! Unfortunately they sent me to collection because I had an unpaid bill- which they NEVER billed to me until this day. I was never once contacted about this bill, but instead they just automatically decided to send me to collection and ruin my credit. DO NOT go to this office! Their mediocre services are overpriced and the billing office has no respect for its customers. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life.

Had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled out ! (1.26.18) I had gone to my regular dentist who after 2 of the same x rays decided that their surgeon couldn't pull out my wisdom teeth because it was too" complex" due to the fact that my lower teeth were on a nerve that could cause me to lose sensation in my lower lip, chin and tongue (insurance would only pay for one of the x ray). So they referred me to a dentist who was out of my insurance network and would charge me more. They wouldn't do what it took to help me find a dentist within my network. I called my insurance company who helped me find someone within my network. I found Dr.Max G Neill. My honest opinion about the doctor, the nurses, the finance/ insurance person, and the receptionist: They were extremely polite, put my mind at ease about both my rational fears and irrational fears. The doctor took time to sit down and explain to me everthing in detail about the surgery, what to expect before, what to expect after. I did everything in the order of what they said, and walked out of their feeling perfectly fine and normal, NO PAIN. I was scared about starting to feel the pain the next day , but woke up feeling great! If you want to go to someone who is honest and explains to you everthing they are about to do and actually cares for you like you matter, go to this doctor. To sum up Dr. Max G Neill and his staff in one word - they are genuine! He even called me later that evening to check on me and see if everthing was going well and doing fine. Thank you Doctor and everyone there. I truly felt valued and I feel great! Thanks to the wonderful and quick work you did on my teeth. I literally will recommend to everyone in my friend and family circle who require a dentist. I will be getting all my dental work done with y'all. Never going back to the previous dentist or anywhere else for that matter. From the bottom of my heart , THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU! I feel blessed!

(I had oral surgery) if I ever need him for anything else I will 100% go back to him. Thank u guys for everything!!!

I would not recommend that do not do a good job filing reports to insurance company and end up passing their failure on to customer. my sons dentist felt it was necessary to remove two permanent teeth that had new permanent teeth under them and there was not enough room in jaw to allow them to come in. doctor did not convey that to insurance and they said they do not cover removal with out medical need. so we got hit with a almost $800 bill just as I was getting laid off. great christian people if only they would have done their job correctly and reported to the insurance company with report and exrays
