My daughter and I have been sick with something for over a month now. We both got the flu really bad, then both got ear infections, and now we both have trouble hearing and really bad persistent coughs. We've been to both the ER and to see doctors via appointment and THEY NEVER HELP. They don't take any of your concerns seriously and they just keep diagnosing us with allergies without really looking or any testing. I really don't understand how both myself and my daughter apparently just developed allergies at the exact same time when its never been an issue. I ended coughing up some blood today and panicked and called the clinic to see if they can take me. They had an appointment at 3:20. I get in quickly and explain everything to the nurse and then the doctor comes in. And all he keeps repeating to me is what do you want me to do, there's nothing i can do, and we're closing soon. He see's the fluid in the ear and was like...Yeah nothing to do....The cough...Nothing....Any issues I have nothing....BECAUSE THEY'RE CLOSING. So finally out of frustration I'm like fine....YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING...I'll just go. Then suddenly when I say this he starts recommending xrays and other things.....But I thought you were closing doctor??? I'm sick and tired and don't want to fight so i just agree to his sudden last minute checks. Then he sends me to xray......But what do you know...Xray is closed!!! Why even bother scheduling people after 3 if you don't intend on treating anybody at that time??? This place is a joke and should be shut down. Completely unethical and really no help whatsoever!!!!

I come here for the pediatric care mostly , but I have been here for myself once . Ive seen a lot of rude & nice doctors / nurses on base since I was getting prenatal care at William Beaumont . Her doctors name is Cecillio ( not sure of the spelling ) but is one of the best I’ve seen . she’s really nice , makes jokes , answers all my questions , you can just tell she loves her job . I only gave 4 stars because the wait in the pharmacy is HORRIBLE . There’s 5 or six 6 windows open at a time but I still wait over an hour to just get diaper rash cream & honestly for the bottle I get It’s not worth it & even end up going to Walmart to purchase it myself just to avoid the wait .

I went in for a pain in my arm and they gave me medication and took X-rays but they gave me no guidance on what I should do to help my arm and I have not gotten any results so I don’t know if my arm is broken. I would have been better off going to the er. Cause my arm still hurts. It’s like oh here is some medicine now shut up and go away

Great some days, awful on others, mainly awful in pediatrics and x-ray. X-ray appointment lady sits on her ass and have you wait for no reason except she is on Facebook, too lazy to alert the X-ray tech I had to put a foot in her ass and I was first appointment of the day. If you call pediatrics to ask a question, you repeatedly get hung up on. Compound that with the slow (20 minutes to get nowhere) on www.tricareonline.com to schedule appointments and its obviously time to switch the kids doctors.

I recently had an appointment with the Mendoza pediatric clinic for my child’s two month check-up. She was of course sleepy and a bit fussy. After the nurse checked her she began to cry. Soon after a random nurse walks in, from I don’t know where, picks up my child and begans trying to console my child, rubbing my child’s back and putting my child’s face on hers. After my child would not stop crying she puts my child down and puts hand sanitizer on her hands and says “I’m sorry, I just love babies.” This nurse could have come from anywhere doing god knows what, bursts into our room and puts her hands on my child. I’m not sure if this particular department has meetings periodically, but I believe this issue needs to be addressed.
