    I wouldn't put my hard earned money in any institution that employs a cheater as their spokesman. If you don't believe Sean Miller knew anything, you're only fooling yourself. He's as responsible for his program as the Credit Union is of their employees. Miller has always been aloof, and now he's getting what's due. In response to Hughes' rebuttal... you pay Mr. Miller tens of thousands per year for his exclusive rights. That makes him a "paid" employee of HFCU. It may have nothing to do with the services you provide, but just as he is responsible for his "paid" assistant, you are responsible for yours. I also disagree with your statement that "the UA's activities have no effect on HFCU operations, strength or soundness." Its the very basis of why you hired someone like Mr. Miller. Who are we kidding? The reputation of such person would have the utmost "effect" on your very own reputation and lets not forget, profitability. So who do you think is being fooled now? And what do you think of your marketing "genius," a known turn a blind eye UA homie, Ms Tehune? She should be fired too.

    I'm the Executive Director of a small nonprofit and every year we take in hundreds, even thousands of small checks in renewals and donations. Chase was charging us 10 cents per check and our service fees were HUGE! I called lots of financial institutions and found out that Chase was not alone but Hughes does not charge those fees, so I moved all our accounts to Hughes and I am so glad I did! Their service is superlative, their interest rates are about as good as you can get these days and NO SERVICE FEES! When I had to open an estate account when a friend died, I went right to Hughes. Again, no fees, great service and a better than average return. The staff if friendly, helpful and I enjoy going in. Statements are easy to read. Only issue is that they will not give me a debit card for the nonprofit. They say they "don't extend credit to businesses." While a debit card is not a credit card, they still won't do it. Oh, well. I still really like them!

    I would like to thank Hughes Credit Union for financing my auto loan. I was with Desert Schools Federal Credit union for 4 years. Never was I late on any of my auto loan payments. Tried to get a loan to purchase my new car and got denied. I am now closing account because of this.

    Honestly the worst customer service by far !!! Unfortunately I had my vehicle repoed by being late 2 months !!! I spoke to collections department letting them know that I would make payment this month for both months . My vehicle was just repoed this Saturday 1/14/2017 and all my personal belongings are in there . It's been 1week trying to contact them and I have yet to get a call back or email . My child's car seat is in my vehicle . Honestly I see that they do not care about their customers . I had tried to pay on Thursday and Friday called to the number that I had to call and no answer I am in need of help please I need to get my child's car seat and other belongings I want to also get my car back and see what I can do but no one has called me back at all or where to pick up the belongings. I just wish you guys would care and empethaize a bit more to your customers situation

    Correy Ellis was EXCELLENT is setting up my business account with Hughes FCU. He listened and explained everything we were doing and why. Correy would make a excellent manager. I do wish we were able to set up my Trust Acct but the manager said they could not. The manager lacks the proper listening skills for her position and the ability to find the right answer. I was able to have another CU set up my trust acct. Keep up the good work Correy!
