  What horrendous experience! I will never step foot into this business again. I made the mistake and bought a living room set from here. When It arrived and the guys put it together I noticed that the couch was wobbly and not sturdy. When I questioned them about this they rudely told me to call their manager who promised to fix this. Three months later I am stuck with this poorly made couch and end tables with scratches on them that I never noticed! I don't know why anyone would ever recommend this place! Please stay away!!

  I was hesitant to shop at Huffman Koos because of the 2.5 review but I decided to give them a shot.. overall I am very pleased with my experience to say I will consider them again for me and my wife's next furniture piece. We walked in our an Easter Sunday lookong for a coach for our new apartment. Sales manager was nice and professional. He Made the process very smooth. And the delivery men were very professional with their delivery.

  I am pleased to have walked in to Hauffman Koos furniture store to hopefully find my living room sectional. I’m greeted by an outstanding gentleman by the name of Mr Kim who was very patient respectful and courteous. Mr Kim listened to our must have list and also allowed us space to roam the store without pressure. At the right moment, he captured us again and directed us to the perfect piece. We’re so happy with our purchase and experience...thank you Mr Kim!

  My family and I had a wonderful experience here at Queens Blvb, Elmhurst location in 2008 when we bought our first couch. Fabian was our salesperson and he was exceptional. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Fast-forward 10 years when it was about time to replace our couch and we were happy to see Fabian was still here! Our experience was just as great 10 years later...Fabian was able to help us find a new couch at the best possible price. I recommend for everyone to come here for all their furniture needs...and ask for Fabian!
