  The front desk was very helpful and extremely courteous. The rooms are tidy but are in desperate need of updating.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Should be 0 stars! Dumpy rooms so we we upgraded to the suite. They advertise having a fitness center/spa and when I looked for it I was told it was under construction. Facility fails to tell you they’re having an event that is going on until 330am. All we can hear is the bass thumping and people yelling over the too loud music. No one at the front desk after hours while this ghetto party goes on which they initially said would end by midnight and started at 6pm so they’re liars too. Night 2 stuck in this sh*thole because we already paid to be here. Sunday night party is scheduled until 230am according to the front desk who of course don’t disclose this info at the time of requesting a room for the weekend. May these a**holes rot in hell do not stay here!!!

  The rooms have mold on some areas. The old smell exists. The only thing contemporary is the TV, microwave, and mini-fridge. I had to change hotels.

  No privacy room service walks right in without knocking and when u say something they still do it my 4 yr old daughter got out the shower and room service walks in without knocking need to fire all room service bc they’re rude not only that hardly anybody at the front desk for check in or you’ll be waiting 30 mins to a hour for somebody to come to the desk horrible service a month later I check in for a week everything paid I get no room service but if you pay for a day only room service is quick to kick u out at 11 o’clock for checkout but won’t give you your service worth when you pay extended time they need to hire new room service people they do not do what they suppose to with the customers go to Ramada or super 8

  I absolutely love this place. Not fancy, but so comfortable. Staff are great. I come once and month. Never been disappointed. Fridge and microwave in rooms. Coffee maker. Fits my needs perfectly.
