  Fantastic date spot, perfect place to meet up with friends, great cocktails, perhaps the best grilled cheese in Denver... what doesn’t this place do!? Never not consider the daily special. I am partial to the Lady Jane and the Old Fashioned #2. Also, killer monthly party on a Sunday called A.M. Rolling. Might be my favorite party in Denver now! Basically, in the two years this place has been around, it has become very near & dear.

  Wonderful and friendly staff and a diverse menu. Their red wine goes well with the espresso and their grilled cheese is divine. It is a bit less casual than most of my other spots, but genuinely worth the environment.

  Hudson Hill is an excellent date spot, or just to catch up with a few friends. It's upscale but not pretentious, hipster but not cloying. Cocktails and wine list are both great, and the grilled cheeses smelled ridiculously good (though my friend is vegan so we couldn't try one!). Highly recommend.

  Really enjoy coming here for several reasons. Not only is the grilled cheese a classic but their service and cocktails are killer. Super hip spot in the neighborhood with awesome tunes, too. Cozy and a sweet scene for sure.

  I was so hesitant to try this place because it appears to be one of those places that is too hip for it's own good - but, Hudson Hill actually lives up to the hype. The cocktails are 100% amazing, I usually just get whatever is the "daily special" at the time, but my partner gets the classics and he really enjoys those as well. Also, best grilled cheese I've ever had, hands down.
